RETURNS

• We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your items to request a return. You will be refunded in form of merakistylesonline gift card.

 

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. items should be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, free from {stains, odors, perfumes, self tanners, pet hair, deodorant} tags should be attached, receipts or proof of purchase should be within the box with return.

 

• Please understand clearance, sale items, accessaries and swimwear are final sale, which mean none refundable.

 

• To start a return you must contact us at merakistylesonline@gmail.com.

 

• Return label fees are calculated and deducted from your refund at checkout stage. We will send you a shipping label for return,  If items are returned before request is approve, no refund will be given and items will be shipped back to customer. 

 

• If more than 5 business days has passed after returning items and you have not received your refund via Meraki Styles gift card. First check email to see if you have any emails from Merakistylesonline@gmail.com, lastly send us a email at  Merakistylesonline@gmail.com with name, order number as well as the day your return was made.

 

• After my team and I inspect the return items, if any items are found to not have followed above guidelines for return, items will be returned to the address provided, no refund will be given.
